सम्मानित साथियों आज के इस ब्लॉग में मैं गोविन्द सर आप सभी का हार्दिक स्वागत करता हूँ दोस्तों राष्ट्रीय मानसिक विकलांग संस्थान | National Institute for the Mentally Handicapped की स्थापना Manovikasnagar, Secunderabad में 1984 में की गयी गयी, जिसे अब National Institute for the Empowerment of Persons with Intellectual Disabilities (दिव्यांगजन)(NIEPID) के नाम से जाना जाता है।
